Villa Filomena possesses 14 guest rooms and suites; five on the first floor and nine occupying the second floor. The design of the rooms is historical, with a beautiful tone of contemporary comfort while maintaining the elegance of its unique heritage.
Our villa incorporates spotless private baths, European linens, imported toiletries, feather beds, Egyptian towels, and other comfort amenities and accessories. We provide concierge services, appetizers, resort grounds, exquisite wines, and dishes to our guests.
Our top-notch chefs exclusively do dishes with their secret recipes featuring new flavors. We have creative cuisines with American and French influences. Breakfast features fresh fruits, yogurt, coffee, eggs, and pastries. We welcome dietary constraints.
Our wrap-around porch and courtyard are open for guests to enjoy their meals. The well-constructed luxurious dining room facing the estuary and lush gardens are also available for dining and wining.
Villa Filomena restaurant has three coveted AA Rosettes. Our dishes are ever fresh on the palate, modern, and of powerful royal provenance. Visitors may opt for either à la carte menu or market menu well crafted by head chef Peter Williams and his creative team.
