Mansion’s History

In 2015, a philanthropist, Peter McCain, and his beautiful wife, Filomena, built a 40,000 acres (162 km2) historic styled mansion named Villa Filomena. The estate provides a space for a wide variety of creme-de-la-creme events, public or private.

Palmer Booke Construction company made us the classic detailed design our visitors can’t get over. French interior designer, Adam Alexandre and Kansas’s Interior Company, skillfully put up the impeccable interior design, including furnishings, plaster-ornamented ceilings, oriental carpets, and paneling. Stephen Park offered the exorbitant recreation component of the villa. Moreover, August 5, 2019, commemorated the official opening of our inestimable mansion. Since its inception, we have hosted an array of social activities such as weddings and meetings. Till today, we’re still making history.
